Job Description- Empower agents to sell CS business and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to support and promote CS business.
- Stay ahead of market developments and deliver key initiatives to agents.
- Provide technical and professional mentorship to agents and prospective customers.
- Offer help desk support at agency offices if required.
- Maintain good business relationships with customers.
- Provide technical and professional mentorship, especially to high-value customers.
- Organize member briefing sessions and offer help desk support at client offices.
- Supervise the sales performance of assigned agents to ensure they meet their strategic targets, such as VONB/ANP, OPAT, and Excess EV Growth.
- Provide mentorship and training to support staff.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- University graduate or equivalent experience with a minimum 5 years of sales experience for Consultant roles.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions for Principal roles.
- Good product knowledge.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to lead projects/events independently.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Tactful interpersonal relationship management.
- Strong presentation and team building skills.
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented approach.
- Possession of an Insurance Authority (IA) license or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) license, depending on the role.
We offer a competitive salary range of HKD 80,000 - HKD 120,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
