Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Business Development Professional to join our team at Knoll Inc. in Hong Kong - Wan Chai.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, executing sales and business development plans, and providing exceptional after-sales service to architect, corporate, and designer accounts. Additionally, they will be expected to develop and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve business targets as agreed by the company
  • Execute sales and business development plans and follow up on orders and enquiries
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Manage and provide after-sales service to architect, corporate, and designer accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
  • University graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years' sales experience
  • Sales experience in the office furniture industry is highly desirable
  • Strong selling skills, including presenting, persuading, and negotiating all aspects of the sales process
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic individual
  • Good team player with multi-tasking abilities, willing to learn, able to work under pressure, and independently
  • Proficient in PC-based software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate in Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability
Compensation and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this role is HKD $45,000 - HKD $60,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
