About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in FX and Rates sales, focusing on Chinese corporate clients. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our FX and Rates products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including trading, research, and risk management, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in FX and Rates sales, with a focus on Chinese corporate clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
