About the Department

The Technology and Operations division is composed of specialized teams with distinct expertise, including business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance, and planning support services. This collaborative environment leverages technology to enhance both physical and digital banking services, focusing on the development, centralization, and standardization of systems and operations across various branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily operational support in Cash Management Operations.
  • Execute corporate cash transactions, including fixed deposit placements, cheque processing, payroll services, electronic clearing, and in-house transfers, adhering to established service standards.
  • Refer any discrepancies or exceptions to relevant business units and ensure necessary follow-ups for clarifications and approvals.
  • Investigate account reconciliation discrepancies and implement timely adjustments as needed.
  • Report operational challenges and outstanding transactions promptly.
  • Address inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding corporate cash transactions.
  • Compile management information reports and provide administrative assistance, including daily filing and records maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory standards, and operational risk management frameworks.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, business continuity drills, and various ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate cash management role, preferably within an international banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate cash operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • ECF qualification is an advantage.
