Relationship Manager, Corporate Cash Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Cash Management team at Dah Sing Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new corporate and SME accounts to grow our CASA, FX, operating flow, insurance, and investment business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with key referral sources to drive referrals and new business opportunities.
- Explore business opportunities with existing non-borrowing accounts and deepen relationships to increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with stringent KYC processes and complete detailed CDD/EDD to facilitate new account openings.
- Capture deposit, FX, cash management, insurance, and investment opportunities from non-borrowing relationships.
- Collaborate with other bank units to deliver best-in-class cash products and services that meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in marketing and sales campaigns to optimize customers' usage of Transaction Banking services.
- Identify business opportunities and assess customers' needs through product innovation or enhancement.
- Assist with customer account opening and related maintenance work.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, or related disciplines.
- HKIB Certified Banker is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking, with a proven track record in cash management/Transaction Banking development.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager roles.
- Preference for candidates with experience in New Economy, Fund & Asset Management, GBA, or Public Enterprises.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with PRC clients.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of channel, cash management, and branch services.
- General understanding of banking operations and bill services.
- Self-motivated with good analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedules.
- Experience dealing with referral sources from Accountancy or Solicitor firms and knowledge of customer account opening is an advantage.
