Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Catering Management, or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in catering sales is necessary, along with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented individuals who are self-motivated and a good team player are highly sought after.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing is essential.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) is also necessary.
