At YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, our global Operations team makes it possible for us to offer worldwide shipping to over 180 countries. We have 9 distribution centres and 11 Customer Care centres that work in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

We are seeking a talented Premier Advisor to join our team in the Tsing Yi Office. This role involves utilizing software to plan drivers' routing and ensure maximum cost-efficiency, ensuring orders are processed accurately and within agreed service levels, and anticipating, identifying, and resolving problems that could potentially delay delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating customers' delivery and return arrangements, handling customer enquiries and complaints via email and telephone, and assisting drivers on the run with instant support. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively within the Premier team and with other teams to tackle challenging situations.

We offer a competitive salary of HKD 35,000 per month, plus performance bonus schemes, staff discount, MPF, and multi-purpose insurance.
