Main Responsibilities

  • Tender Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and formatting of tender documents, ensuring all necessary details are accurately included.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general clerical and administrative support to the tendering team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Documentation Management: Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for all tender-related documents and correspondence.
  • Information Gathering: Collect and compile information from various departments to support tender submissions.
  • Compliance Evaluation: Evaluate tender documents for compliance with required standards and regulations.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update a database of tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of tenders.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Tertiary education in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tendering processes or tendering administrative roles, with experience in engineering consulting firms being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin being an added advantage.
