Job Description
We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE professional to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for customer inquiry, booking, pricing quotation, and follow-up on routing orders.
  • Build and enhance relationships with existing customers and potential new customers.
  • Able to handle customer inquiries, coordination with clients and factory.
  • Provide internal support to the sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Logistics Management & Transportation or equivalent background.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service/sales support/operations in a shipping company.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; Chinese and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, self-motivated, team player, outgoing and aggressive.
