As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for delivering personalized service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and working collaboratively with the Concierge team to exceed guest expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring services to meet their needs
  2. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives
  3. Maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion in all interactions
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Fluency in English and Cantonese; additional language proficiency advantageous
