Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Front Office Supervisor / Front Office Host at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong. In this role, you will work closely with our front office team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to guests at all times, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Process check-ins and check-outs, as well as handle cashiering functions, accurately and efficiently.
- Develop strong relationships with guests to build loyalty and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
