Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Fortune&Future Hong Kong Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring that all visitors and guests receive a warm welcome and are assisted with their queries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing mail and packages, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, greet guests and visitors, and record their arrivals and departures
  • Manage meeting room reservations, arrange guest beverages and equipment setup, and ensure smooth logistics for meetings
  • Courier service arrangement and maintenance of records for documents and packages
  • Assist in organizing company activities, seminars, and events
  • Provide office administration support, including facilities maintenance, office supplies ordering, and document management
  • Maintain a visually appealing reception area that reflects the firm's brand and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Clerical experience in a bank or financial institution is an advantage
  • Hardworking and willing to perform clerical tasks
  • Excellent personal presentation at all times, adhering to the 'dress code'
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
