Job Description: Front Office Supervisor
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs, as well as cashiering functions, to maintain high levels of service quality.
  • Build relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty, maximizing their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and conduct skills training for new team members to enhance their performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable hotels, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented, outgoing, and independent individual.
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
