Front Desk Manager Position

- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally, efficiently, and effectively.
- Perform check-ins and check-outs, as well as cashiering functions, to maintain high levels of service quality.
- Build relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty, maximizing their satisfaction.
- Prepare and conduct skills training for new team members to enhance their performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable hotels, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented, outgoing, and independent individual.
- Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
