We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Specialist to join our team at The Langham, Hong Kong. As a dynamic and sophisticated hotel, we offer unparalleled service standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet VIP guests, Brilliant members, and repeat guests with personalized recognition and service.
  • Provide exceptional service by attending to special requests and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel to recognize and respond to guests' needs.
  • Assist in handling guest complaints and referring them as necessary, and follow up on corrective action.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk and Head of Guest Relations to maintain overall guest satisfaction in the hotel lobby.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet hotel guests' expectations.
