Hotel Guest Services Liaison

The Miramar Group is seeking a skilled and courteous Guest Relations Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly smile.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to guests throughout their stay.
- Offer support at the club floor counter and lounge, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- A minimum diploma in Hotel Studies or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in hotel operations, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication.
- An energetic and cheerful personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and guest-oriented attitude.
