Guest Services Officer

The Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Officer to join our Front Office team. As a key member of the Rooms Division in Hong Kong, this role requires an individual who can provide quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide exceptional check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner.
- Deliver quality room orientations that meet guest expectations.
- Maintain lobby patrol duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all times.
- Ensure accuracy of guest database input for the hotel group's use.
- Assign rooms in line with guest preferences.
- Assist Supervisors in their daily responsibilities, including Trace Report and Hot SOS follow-up.
- A minimum of related working experience in hotel/guest services.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills are essential.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer and typing skills are necessary.
- Demonstrate a dynamic and energetic attitude.
