Job Summary

The Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Officer to join our Front Office team. As a key member of the Rooms Division in Hong Kong, this role requires an individual who can provide quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner.
  • Deliver quality room orientations that meet guest expectations.
  • Maintain lobby patrol duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all times.
  • Ensure accuracy of guest database input for the hotel group's use.
  • Assign rooms in line with guest preferences.
  • Assist Supervisors in their daily responsibilities, including Trace Report and Hot SOS follow-up.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of related working experience in hotel/guest services.
  2. Fluent written and spoken English skills are essential.
  3. Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
  4. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
  5. Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
  6. Basic computer and typing skills are necessary.
  7. Demonstrate a dynamic and energetic attitude.
