Sales Leadership Expert

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Sales Leadership Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and solution requirements through regular engagement with decision makers at client facilities.
- Sales Strategy: Gain share of spend across Dell Technologies portfolio of technology solutions by developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Account Planning: Run territory and account planning, sales forecasting, and engage cross-functional resources to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Sales Leadership: Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience selling technology solutions.
- Expert knowledge of market trends that impact Dell Technologies customers.
- Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills that improve the success of our customers' business and the growth of Dell Technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next two levels down.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ambitious environment.
