Job Overview:

Citi is seeking an exceptional Sales Leadership Manager to lead high-growth branches and drive sales growth through effective team management, customer engagement, and strategic planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales plans that align with Citi's overall business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient branch operations, manage budgets, and optimize resources to maximize sales potential.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's risk management framework.
  • Talent Development: Identify and develop top performers, provide training and coaching to enhance sales skills and knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and sales management expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
