Digify, a cloud-based document security and data room software company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our global sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive new business growth across the USA, Europe, and Asia, manage a high-performing sales team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process and achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SaaS sales management, near-native or native-level proficiency in English, and experience selling to global markets. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing a structured sales process within HubSpot, aligning closely with Marketing on lead generation strategies, and partnering with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and support for customer retention.

You will also be expected to analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, and champion continuous improvement in sales operations, focusing on scalability and data-driven decision-making.
