**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at ICBC Asset Management (Global). This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand our distribution network through strategic partnerships with institutional sales clients, corporate clients, pension funds, sovereign funds, fund of funds, and other financial institutions;
  • Conduct market research and provide analysis to support the development of new distribution channels and business opportunities;
  • Prepare regular reports and newsletters for our distributors, including retail banks, independent financial advisors, insurance agencies, and other financial intermediaries;
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for our products and services;
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including due diligence and compliance-related activities;
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to requests for proposal (RFPs) and other bid-related documents;
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field, with overseas educational background preferred;
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and client relationship management within the asset management industry; candidates with less experience may be considered for assistant manager roles;
  • Type 4 and 9 licenses are preferred but not required;
  • Familiarity with SFC regulations and other relevant anti-money laundering/combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CTF) requirements;
  • Presentation skills, result-driven attitude, strong initiative, and drive to succeed;
  • Positive and proactive attitude, team player, ability to work in a complex and rapidly evolving environment;
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
