Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit new business opportunities through strategic outreach programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the bank's overall success.
Requirements:
- Secondary Education holder or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably with exposure to credit card acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.
- A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality services.
