Strategic Alliance Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in partnership management or sales role. Strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver business results. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Able to maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, possessing a deep understanding of the travel industry, including airline and hotel operations, distribution channels, and emerging trends. The ideal candidate should also be fluent in English and Japanese, with working proficiency in both languages.
