Hong Kong Workstation Business Development Leader

As a seasoned Enterprise Sales Strategist at Lenovo, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and achieve targets in the Hong Kong Workstation business.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the dynamic Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry (AEC), High-tech manufacturing, Media & Entertainment (M&E) Industry, and distribution business.
Description and RequirementsRoles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial/market share targets in Hong Kong Workstation business.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales/marketing/operation teams, to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, business partners, Strategic Alliances, and ISVs to drive business strategy execution.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to prioritize accounts/prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives.
- Provide accurate forecasts to the Sales Team to strategize lead & sales opportunity qualification.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Workstation Specialized Partner (WSP) to identify new selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets in complex markets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent presentation skills to CXO level.
- Candidate must have extensive experience selling in the Hong Kong market.
- Team player, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
