Job Description

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with Hong Kong-based law firms and direct corporate clients. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell Cayman, BVI, and Hong Kong company formation and structuring services, generating leads, pitching solutions, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

Collaborating closely with mainland China's business development team, you will work together on strategic projects to provide seamless service execution and ensure excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and networking activities to enhance brand presence and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regulatory changes and market trends impacting offshore structures to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Sales Execution
  • Promote and sell Cayman, BVI, and Hong Kong company formation and structuring services to law firms and corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to close deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Work closely with project managers and compliance teams to ensure seamless service execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • Must be a Hong Kong local with a proven track record of sales or business development experience in corporate services, offshore company formation, or fiduciary services.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with a background in law or finance.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, proactive approach, and high motivation to build and own a market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
