Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting investor services to institutional clients and identifying business opportunities in the market.

About the Role:

  • Promote investor services to institutional clients, focusing on various fund and investment products, as well as authorized funds.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments to inform our business strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships and attract new targets.
  • Manage client relationships in a professional manner, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business, finance, or relevant disciplines; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or FRM are advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of experience in asset management or banking, preferably with a strong track record of business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Good analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
