About the Role- You will lead a business development team to support bank partners in achieving joint business targets.
- Assist the Channel Head in implementing business plans and initiatives in accordance with sales KPIs.
- Strengthen and maintain good relationships with assigned bank partners to drive new initiatives.
- Identify individual partner needs and demands to drive sales growth.
- Provide comprehensive support to partners to capture business opportunities.
- Facilitate collaboration between partners and internal teams to deliver quality, compliant, and consistent business outcomes.
- Contribute innovative ideas and provide feedback from partners to ensure AIA's competitive proposition.
- Handle day-to-day issues related to partner services to maintain high standards.
- Provide ongoing training to bank frontline staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, prospecting, objection handling, and sales operations.
- Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated segments or districts.
- Oversee sales momentum and develop strategies to accelerate sales or mitigate shortfall under forecast.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement initiatives aligned with company directions.
- Monitor sales performance at both sales staff and branch levels, providing targeted coaching to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, including the Code of Conduct, Complaints Handling Procedures, Customer Privacy Policy, and PRC Guidelines.
- Lead the team in their daily activities and agreed actions, fostering a strong team spirit through role modeling, regular dialogues, coaching, and engaging teammates.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the direct manager.
- Verify that team members performing regulated activities have obtained relevant licenses and met licensing requirements.
