- This is a purely hunting role, where you will identify and engage with institutional players in the APAC region, including investment banks, hedge funds, prime brokers, and family offices.
- You will hand over these players to Account Managers once they have been onboarded.
- Your primary focus will be on driving revenue through community outreach and networking.
Success Metrics:
- Your success will be measured by the number of clients you bring in and the volume of client transactions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in an exchange or institutional sales role.
- A strong network in the crypto industry is essential for this position.
- You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary of $100K USD (or equivalent in local currency).
