About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive commercial success in the Asia Pacific region. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the APAC region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with airline customers and industry partners.
  • Contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at airlines, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Represent Linstol at key industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to expand market presence.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the aviation, travel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align customer needs with Linstol's value proposition.
  • Experience working with APAC-based airlines is highly desirable.
  • Ability to frequently travel within the region and internationally, sometimes on short notice.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English required; additional Asian language(s) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
