Role Overview

Reporting To: Commercial Director, APAC

Location: Hong Kong

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of Linstol's commercial success in APAC, supporting customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives. You will manage and expand relationships with airline customers, identify new business opportunities, and support the seamless execution of sales strategies.

This role requires a proactive sales leader who thrives in a dynamic B2B environment, has a strong track record in consultative sales, and is capable of influencing senior stakeholders within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Support sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the APAC region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with airline customers and industry partners.
  • Contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at airlines, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Represent Linstol at key industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to expand market presence.

Account Management & Customer Success

  • In collaboration with Account Management team, oversee key airline accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Account Management, and Supply Chain teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence, identifying trends and opportunities that align with Linstol's product portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering insights and recommendations that enhance their onboard offerings.

Performance & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed revenue and profit targets, with clear KPIs tied to new business development and account expansion.
  • Track and analyse sales performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
  • Provide regular reports to the Commercial Director, APAC, on key sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Utilise CRM tools and sales processes to improve efficiency and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the aviation, travel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align customer needs with Linstol's value proposition.
  • Experience working with APAC-based airlines is highly desirable.
  • Ability to frequently travel within the region and internationally, sometimes on short notice.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English required; additional Asian language(s) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
