As an Institutional Vice President at BluFin Advisory Limited, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for the organization. Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Main lead for large institutions
  • Develop and broaden Finex's relationships with institutions, private banks, endowments, and corporate LPs
  • Lead a team with associates and analysts
  • Cover buyouts, credit, and infrastructure strategies
  • Assist onboarding materials for new direct deals and Funds
  • Lead monthly road shows
  • Minimum 5-7 years of institutional fundraising sales experience in private equity market
  • Proven track record of raising capital
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Aptitude for sales and client relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree or above graduates
