Director of Institutional Sales

Job Description
- This role is responsible for leading our equity sales efforts in APAC ex-Japan, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and providing market research and analysis to help them make informed investment decisions.

Key Performance Indicators
- Revenue growth: Increase revenue through the development and execution of effective sales strategies and the expansion of our client base in the Asia region.
- Client satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through the provision of exceptional market research and analysis, as well as timely and effective communication.
- Team performance: Oversee the performance of the equity sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in regional equity sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting, and other general financial knowledge.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin are a plus.
- SFC Type 1 License is a must-have.
