Board Secretariat and Executive Office Assistant

Job Description
The Officer, Board Secretariat and Chief Executive Office will be responsible for providing secretariat and logistic supports for meetings of the Board and Committees under the Board.
Main Duties
- To assist in providing secretariat and logistic supports for meetings of the Board and Committees under the Board;
- To assist in coordinating with the Board Chairman and Directors' Offices regarding meetings and invited functions and to render related supports;
- To help maintain and update the filing system and handle departmental administration of the Board Secretariat;
- To assist in supervising the Administrative Assistants;
- To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A university degree or post-secondary diploma in business administration, social science, or a relevant discipline;
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience;
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Able to work independently and meet with tight working deadlines;
- Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
