The Job :

  • Report to Senior Operation Manager
  • Work as part of an Operation Team of 5-6 Operation Officers
  • Attend all vessels, including international cruises, in Hong Kong and southern China to ensure compliance with all pre-arrival and departure formalities.
  • Supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors, consignees/surveyors, and other parties related to vessel/cargo operations, bunkering, crew change, crew medical assistance, and spare parts shipment/delivery Cash-To-Master.
  • Compile and submit port disbursement account to Principals/Owners for reimbursement.
  • Minimum of 2 years as Boarding Officer or 2 years of shore-based experience in shipping/operation fields
  • General knowledge of the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinance
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  • Customer service mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • 5 days work per week
