P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd seeks a talented individual to fill the role of Assistant Human Resources Officer.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accurate payroll calculations and effective leave management;
- Maintain and update the HR database to ensure accurate records;
- Guarantee compliance with statutory regulations concerning HR policies and practices;
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including document preparation and candidate communication;
- Facilitate timely reimbursement through efficient monthly billing processing for site staff.
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related fields;
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience, preferably in construction or engineering;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;

- Strong English and Chinese language proficiency;
- Knowledge of IPL is beneficial;
- Fresh graduates are welcome; immediate availability preferred.
