We're on the hunt for an Office Coordinator - Executive Support to join our dynamic team at Standard Chartered Life and Careers As an Executive Assistant, you'll be working closely with the Head of Coverage CIB to ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently.
About the JobThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, has strong organizational skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports to support the Business Head.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Business Head, including handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Make travel arrangements, book hotels, and prepare itineraries
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents to support business decisions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant in a banking or financial services organization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
