About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Office Assistant to join our Zota Group team in Hong Kong. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Main Responsibilities

  1. \
  2. Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of expenses;\
  3. Prepare and submit P&L statements;\
  4. Manage salesforce reports;\
  5. Maintain office operations, including mail/post operations, internal folder organization, and record keeping;\
  6. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance;\
  7. Monitor and manage company inventory;\
  8. Provide support for IT-related tasks, such as creating an IT inventory list and connecting to the ISP;\
  9. Assist with team-related tasks, including setting up new employee workstations and managing food delivery;\
  10. Collaborate with the TLV team on various projects;\
  11. Develop strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment;\
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices;\
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement;\
  14. Speak fluent Cantonese (an asset).\
