About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Assistant to join our global family office in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, managing property-related tasks, and coordinating various administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  2. Manage property-related tasks, such as tenant relations and correspondence with financial institutions.
  3. Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports, agendas, and presentations.
  4. Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  5. Assist with personal and household matters for the family.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience in property management or a related field.
  • Meet the requirements of a mid-senior level role, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
