Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, presentation materials, and track post-meeting follow-ups
  • Act as internal and external coordinator for CEO's activities and senior management
  • Facilitate overseas trips including ticket booking, visa applications, and travel document preparation
  • Sort and review incoming mails, emails, and correspondences and route them to relevant departments
  • Prepare documents for board reviews, executive presentations, and other activities
  • Assist with business activities, coordinate with internal and external parties, and handle phone calls for the CEO
  • Organize presentation materials, reports, translations, letters, and emails

Requirements

  • University or professional school graduate with formal secretarial training
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience serving senior executives
  • Experience in PR and Marketing company an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Tactful dealing with senior management, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident IT user, proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new technology
  • A problem solver, patient, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
