CEO Office Coordinator

- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, presentation materials, and track post-meeting follow-ups
- Act as internal and external coordinator for CEO's activities and senior management
- Facilitate overseas trips including ticket booking, visa applications, and travel document preparation
- Sort and review incoming mails, emails, and correspondences and route them to relevant departments
- Prepare documents for board reviews, executive presentations, and other activities
- Assist with business activities, coordinate with internal and external parties, and handle phone calls for the CEO
- Organize presentation materials, reports, translations, letters, and emails
Requirements
- University or professional school graduate with formal secretarial training
- Over 5 years of relevant experience serving senior executives
- Experience in PR and Marketing company an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Tactful dealing with senior management, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident IT user, proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new technology
- A problem solver, patient, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
