Executive Office Coordinator

TAC Consulting Limited is a leading consulting firm serving the financial industry in the Asia Pacific region. Our Hong Kong office is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support two Executive Directors.
This role requires a professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive business and personal support to the Executive Directors, including calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential matters
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as expense claims, research, and document compilation
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for the Executive Directors
- Supporting project management, meeting facilitation, and documentation of meeting notes and follow-ups
- Collaborating with the Head of HR & Operations to plan employee engagement activities
Requirements include:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
