Workforce Management Coordinator

About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team at JC Executive Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Casual Labor Management System (CLMS) and providing support in various aspects of human resources.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Recruitment and employee relations; this includes participating in HR duties, managing the CLMS, and providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the system;
- Payroll administration, including weekly casual payroll and maintaining accurate causal staff data and attendance records;
- Coordination with causal labor agencies and assisting in recruitment and selection processes;
- Staff on/off boarding logistics, career fairs, and university site visits;
- General administration duties and other ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years working experience;
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations;
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin being a plus;
- Fresh graduates may be considered at the Assistant Human Resources Officer level.
