Office Management Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Management Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. As an Office Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing fixed assets, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling telephone bills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing fixed assets, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling telephone bills.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate overseas travel arrangements, including liaisoning with travel agents and hotels.
- Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, events, and functions as necessary.
- Undertake duties in full compliance with company policies, including issuing purchase orders and processing payments.
- Work closely with colleagues and external counterparts, taking on administrative roles as needed.
- Maintain an effective and efficient filing system while properly handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Back up the Secretary to the Group Development Director.
- Perform any related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, with at least 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syllabus B).
- A minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Skilled in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Power Apps, and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative skills and organizational abilities; able to work independently and under pressure.
- Results-oriented, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A pleasant, proactive, and mature character with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
