Office Operations Coordinator

Eureka Language Services Limited is seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Handle reception-related tasks, including greeting guests, monitoring voicemail, and handling mail
- Perform administrative duties, such as data input, documentation scanning, and filing
- Monitor office administration activities, including expenses, room bookings, and office supplies
- Assist with ad hoc duties assigned by a supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Pleasant, mature, flexible, responsible, and well-organized
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good command of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
