Office Manager and Coordinator

Ares Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Office Manager and Coordinator to join our team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and efficient individual to take on a key role that offers a range of responsibilities and opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and handling day-to-day office operations. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
- Provide administrative support to our professionals, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents
- Handle correspondence and communications with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
