About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Hong Kong. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, including expenses recording and maintenance, office operations, and IT-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of office expenses, including invoices, receipts, and reimbursement documents.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office procedures, including mail and post management, file organization, and inventory control.
- Perform IT-related tasks, such as creating an IT inventory list, connecting the office internet service provider, and checking the status of existing systems.
- Collaborate with the TLV team to perform various tasks, including checking flights, hotel reservations, and managing employee benefits.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other business software.
