  • We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to oversee our facilities, planning and executing maintenance activities, and ensuring that our office environment meets high standards.
  • In this role, you will support various initiatives, including event management, office refurbishment, and vendor sourcing. You will also develop and improve our operational procedures and documentation.
  • This position involves managing the procurement process, including monitoring inventory levels, ordering essential supplies, and coordinating with vendors to meet our requirements.
  • You will be responsible for supervising our corporate printing operations and maintaining adequate stock levels.
  • This role also requires supporting corporate travel activities, preparing reports, and coordinating internal seating arrangements and staff onboarding/offboarding processes.
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative positions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Friendly and effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent Cantonese and English language skills.
