The role is expecting to carry out administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Import and Export License applications including Govt check record and maintain a filing system for HK Custom visits/investigation.
- Make sure the RMA shipment is stock at Unisys with no issues. Report to Operations Manager/HQ RMA team for all the shipment status.
- Carry out administrative tasks effectively and efficiently including Group insurance, submit invoices for payment to the bookkeeper, PR Budgets and meeting materials like QBR agenda.
- Source and manage office supplies, pantry items, expenses claims, courier, office printing, facilities maintenance, assist in office setting.
- Prepare the import/export information to Channel Partners for the license application.
- Keep inventory and loan shipping arrangement of Demo Unit to Customer and Partner.
- Organize team meetings, staff events, activities, training, onboarding, and any other agenda support.
- Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties to support daily operation/administration.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers.
- 3-5 years of relevant administrative assistance experience.
- "Can-do" attitude and can think outside the box when problems arise.
- Detail-oriented.
- Highly committed and hard worker.
- Customer-oriented.
