Our client is a top tier asset management firm, they are currently seeking an Office Administrative Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and office support.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily administrative functions, including managing facilities, vendor relationships, office supplies, record-keeping, and equipment maintenance to ensure a tidy and organized office.
  • Create policies and procedures to establish clear and efficient administrative operations that support the business objectives.
  • Lead the enhancement of administrative processes by digitizing workflows and improving overall efficiency.
  • Manage internal communications, promote employee well-being initiatives, and facilitate feedback channels.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, employee engagement activities, and other special projects as needed.

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the finance or technology sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A positive attitude, outgoing demeanor, and exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
