Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles within corporate settings.
  • Fluent written communication skills in English and Chinese; native Cantonese proficiency is preferred.
  • Proficiency in official documentation standards and corporate etiquette is essential.
  • Skilled in MS Office and financial management systems to streamline administrative processes.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing business needs.
