Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Administration Assistant to join our team, responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of department expenses, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in administration.
- Proven track record of success in administration, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
