As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day activities and providing excellent administrative services. Your responsibilities will include document management, meeting coordination, and ensuring seamless office operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • DSE graduate or above.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in supporting office operations.
  • Previous experience in a sizable company is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Central

Salary: HK$14,000-15,000.00
